A fragrant blend of black cherry and vanilla, with a touch of caramel creaminess, makes for a subtle sweetness, smooth and spicy taste, with a complex bitter edge and a botanical artemisia finish. Made from Italian red wine, alcohol and sugar, infused with a combination of 35 herbs and spices including marjoram, thyme, musk yarrow, nutmeg, coriander, juniper, orange peels, cloves and nutmeg. Its dark red colour is partly due to the addition of caramel.
Nose: Aromatic mix of vanilla and black cherry, with a hint of creamy caramel.
Palate: Hint of sweetness opens to spices and complex bitterness before a botanical finish of artemisia.
Finish: Bitter and botanical.
