Midori is a sweet, bright green-colored liqueur made by Suntory, flavored with yubari and muskmelon.
Nose: Perfumed, candied, ripe Cantaloupe melon flesh with crisp green apple skin.
Palate: Clean, concentrated in-yer-face (confectioners) melon flavour, some candied and dried banana, but overall well balanced and far from cloying.
Finish: Lingering melon flavour, gentle dry finish with faint soapyness (not in an unpleasant way).
