Lychee Liqueur Cask

Based on 3~4 years maturation in ex-bourbon casks and finished in a lychee liqueur barrel in order to create the specific whisky style of Nantou Distillery. The barrel held lychee liqueur which was made from fresh lychee from the mountain near Nantou.

Nose: Pineapple, orange, malt, vanilla, toffee, lychee, and wood.

Palate: Dried lychee, dried tropical fruit, honey, butter, citrus peels, vanilla, malt, toffee.

Finish: Smooth, fruity elegance, and oaky.
